a sign of life: Paul Cézanne in Facebook

/ the herewith given picture in the screen reproduction is an edition after the
original image of a painting by Paul Cézanne.
Proceeding to edit the original image is well legitimated by the consent of modern
art critic, that to represent a renewed image creates
as well a piece of art.
This screenreproduction is meant to be
an adaptation of the original 19th century oil painting displayed
to the eyes of modern lovers of good art. For reaching this aim I reset the palet
of the artist to more brilliance like the colorite of the original
had become a little flat in the screen display, and I gave the
work more depth and structure by adding some explorative
sounds in the music by high contrast adapts and blending the whites
which were also not in balance with the then coming into sight
total onlook of the full beauty of this still life. After this I gave the rather
undignified presentation an olive-green list in balance with the work.

//** - the description is according to what we see:
a still life with a vase of summerflowers in a chinese gingerpot and some peers on a table partially covered with a folded tablecloth, the back of a chair is visible behind the table.

quoting Paul:
any object of art is not just meaning to be considered
like beautiful, the main reason for an artist to create it is he
became interested in the theme of what he's seeing.
